Situated on a rural 25 acre property surrounded by hills and adjacent to the Avon River.
Numerous bird and wildlife to enjoy.
Historic church 2 min walk away.

Both Northam and Toodyay have many cafe’s, restaurants and hotels to choose from, offering a wide range of food and drink to suit your tastes.

 

Getting Around

No public transport, but taxi’s will come out from Northam.
Easy 10 – 15 min drive to both Northam and Toodyay.

We really love staying at katrine, Wayne and jeni are so lovely and always so welcoming. they always go the extra mile with the small things, like the lovely laid out breakfast with fresh bread, the hand picked beautiful roses and the wood for the fire with all u need. it is clean and comfortable. we will definitely be back, thank u Wayne and jeni😊

A beautiful get away, everything provided to make it a lovely stay. Went there after proposing to my partner, enjoyed a night by the fire with a glass of red wine. Jeni was very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend.

We had a truly lovely stay at Wayne and Jeni’s - such a lovely property, very relaxing and excellent hosts. Little touches such as the fresh breakfast goods, the pool on a hot day and the information about the history of the area made it all the better. We will definitely stay again!
